Hello everyone! Happy May the 4th! Aka, National Star Wars Day 💙
Honestly, I was just going to post my announcement back as my only post for today. But then I thought, "what would that really be saying about me as a Star Wars fan?" So no, I couldn't just post once! I had to post twice. To show my full appreciation!
Okay, I'm getting a little bit ahead of myself here 😅 But, truly, I do love Star Wars. And guess who else does?...
Why, these three, of course!
Two years ago, now, I mentioned that Caroline really loved Star Wars, but I thought the picture would be better suited with some company. So, obviously, I went all out. Backdrop and all.
I dressed Nellie as Luke (from A New Hope), and Felicity as Padme (from Attack of the Clones). And I even dug out three of my Star Wars themed Tsum Tsums for some extra fun. To be honest, I don't even remember where we got them from, but I have them!
Also, I thought I should show you Felicity's hair that I worked so hard to do, because you can't even see it in the main picture. But I actually think it looks a lot like Padme's hair. Don't you think?
Well, either way it was the thought that counts, right?

Oh wow! I can tell you put a lot of effort into Felicity's hair! It's super cute. <3 I adore the photo you took- I think it captures the aesthetic perfectly! I personally haven't watched much Star Wars (I don't think I've ever seen an entire Star Wars movie), but I've grown up very familiar with the franchise. (My friends are always baffled at the amount of popular movies I've never seen. You can throw rotten tomatoes at me if you like. I deserve it. 😅 Although, I have seen The Princess Bride twice since you did the scene recreation post, so I'm officially more cultured now. 😉)

DeleteI'm so happy that I inspired you to watch The Princess Bride, and that you enjoyed it so much 💕 I would definitely recommend watching Star Wars as well, it's lots of fun! But, it's not necessarily for everyone, so no pressure. Just be careful not to get mixed up with some die hard Star Wars fans, it can get brutal, lol 😅
Their outfits look great! They definitely resemble Star Wars. Also, Felicity's hairstyle is gorgeous. You did a lovely job!
